John Wooden, college basketball's most successful coach, one of the world's better teachers, died Friday, June 4th, from natural causes. He was 99. He was the famed UCLA coach, nicknamed the Wizard of Westwood, and he is an important figure in sports history.

John Wooden, won a lot of basketball games. He won 10 championships, and he won 88 consecutive games, which still stands as the college basketball record.
